Returns/Exchanges

You may not return shapewear, leggings, tights, clearance or marked down items or sale items, accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, undergarments, bras, camis and hosiery. They are FINAL SALE.

If we have not received your return within 30 days from your purchase date then it will be rejected. If you send your return back to us prior to your return being authorized and then it is rejected, you will be charged for shipping the item back to you.

We do not facilitate EXCHANGES. If you need a different color or size, please follow the steps below to authorize your return and reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and you may order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit. We do not issue refunds back to your bank.

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT. We MUST RECEIVE the item within 30 days. Please do not wait until the 30th day to ask for the return authorization as we will inform you that we need to receive the item by that day. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected. All items must still have tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned in undamaged condition. Please do not cover box with tape. Place item in larger box. If your shoebox does not come inside another box, the return will be rejected. The shoes must be returned with all parts from the original box.

Please use the size chart carefully when placing your order as sizes go quickly and the item may no longer be available. We do not offer  exchanges. Please allow 48hrs to receive a confirmation email that your inspected return was accepted or rejected.

We WILL NOT allow returns on ANY item with no tag, whether defective, damaged, or personal dislike.
